Are there redistribution restrictions?
The paid-for product does not have any limitations on deployment or redistribution. The evaluation is intended to be used for testing purpose only on one computer and it can't be redistributed. (Note: You cannot expose any Konnetic API in your products and your product must add significant and primary functionality over our products.)
Do you have to pay any royalty?
No.
Does the product come with a license key?
Yes. Both the purchased and evaluation products come with license enforcement software and a license key. The purchased product does not have a time-limit.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
If you are unhappy with the product, please contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem for you. However we do not offer refunds. Please evaluate our products extensively before making the decision to purchase.
Can I purchase one license now and purchase more later?
Yes. Please email us with details of what you have, and what you would like, for volume pricing information. We can conduct the purchase via email.
When will I receive the product?
As soon as your order is processed, no matter which method of payment you choose, you will receive an email that will contain invoice information and will contain a link to the install media.
Will I receive a boxed package or CD?
No. We distribute all our software electronically so that we are able to keep costs down for our customers.
What methods of payment are there?
The online ordering service is powered by Avangate you can pay via credit card, Paypal, wire transfer, direct ebanking, cheque, purchase order or fax. Alternatively email us sales@konnetic.com and we attempt to arrange a suitable payment option for you.
